GLO Resources is currently hiring an experienced Pipe Foreman/ Lead Man to work in Sanford, NC. The pay rate is between $25- $41 an hour , depending on experience. Perdiem is offered to those who qualify. The schedule is Monday Friday, 6:00 am 3:30 pm with occasional overtime depending on project deadlines. Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Pipe Foreman / Lead Man to join our growing field operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in underground and above-ground piping systems and a proven ability to lead pipe crews on complex infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise pipe crews in the installation of PVC, ductile iron, flanged, and steel piping systems.
• Ensure trench and excavation work meets safety standards and OSHA regulations.
• Coordinate daily tasks and manage crew assignments to meet project timelines.
• Prepare and maintain accurate daily reports and job logs.
• Oversee work around existing underground utilities to avoid conflicts or service disruptions.
• Assist with planning and sequencing pipe installations and site activities.
• Collaborate with superintendents and project managers to ensure efficient workflow.
• Always maintain a clean and safe worksite environment.
• May be assigned other duties, as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Foreman or Lead Man on piping crews, with a focus on water and wastewater infrastructure.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, construction documents, and specifications.
• Certified or trained in excavation and trench safety.
• Demonstrated ability to lead crews safely and productively.
• Experience working with underground utilities.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to job sites as needed.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check
